Position Description:

A leading law firm seeks a recent graduate with a keen interest in the law to become a Practice Analyst. The qualified candidate will have strong research skills, an innovative approach, and the ability to effectively utilize technology. The position will involve assisting senior paralegals with the management of the attorneys’ practices, updating content in the firm’s databases, and maintaining hard copy and electronic files. The person in this role will also be responsible for contributing to marketing and client development initiatives, tracking new matters, and conducting research on clients and industry trends.

Required Skills:

The firm requests applicants with a Bachelor’s Degree and at least six months of relevant professional or internship experience. The idea candidate will have be well-versed in Microsoft Office with the ability to quickly learn new software programs. He or she should demonstrate excellent analytical thinking skills, an enthusiastic work ethic, and the ability to adapt seamlessly to changing demands. The Practice Analyst should be flexible for overtime and comfortable making a two-year commitment.

Annual Salary (US$): 50K-55K /annual
