Position Description:

A prestigious law firm with a global presence seeks a highly qualified Office Administrator for the Washington, DC location, inclusive of 50 attorneys. The person in this position will direct all office operations, and will lead a team of professionals in all facets of human resources administration, financial management, and support services. This position will involve ensuring appropriate staffing levels, implementing office policies and procedures, and leading processes related to evaluations, employees relations, and performance improvement. The Administrator will also be responsible for preparing the operating budget and coordinating any relocations or buildouts.

Required Skills:

This leadership role requires a Bachelor’s Degree and at least six years of experience serving in an office administration capacity in a law firm or professional services setting. The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with highly effective communication, project management, and organizational skills. The qualified Administrator will be able to interact effectively with Partners, drive strategic initiatives, and handle sensitive matters with discretion.

Annual Salary (US$): 201K-Plus /annual
