Position Description:

A highly successful and collaborative law firm seeks a Senior Lateral Partner Recruiting Manager for the New York Office. This role is an excellent opportunity for a Recruiting Manager looking to take the next step in his or her career. The Senior Manager will be responsible for assisting with the acquisition and retention of top talent at the Partner-level. This position will involve maintaining strong relationships with legal search firms, negotiating fee agreements as they arise, and effectively communicating the needs of the firm. The person in this role will interview candidates as they come through the pipeline, prepare interviewer feedback, and seamlessly onboard new lateral hires. Maintaining clear lines of communication is a vital component to this position, as is confidentiality and professionalism.

Required Skills:

The firm requests a candidate with at least seven years of Partner recruiting experience as well as two years in a managerial capacity. He or she must be well-versed in legal recruiting tactics with the ability to think strategically regarding the growth of the firm. Key attributes include a collaborative approach to decision-making along with a client-oriented attitude. Furthermore, the person in this role should have a demonstrated history of applying superior communication skills, setting an excellent example for others, and excelling in a fast-paced environment.

Annual Salary (US$): 171K-180K /annual
