Position Description:

A collegial law firm in Midtown Manhattan seeks an experienced Legal Recruiting Manager to join the New York office. This person will be responsible for the successful acquisition of lateral attorneys and law students, through effective outreach efforts, on-campus interview events, and strategic planning. This role will involve coordinating interviews, gathering feedback from applicants and firm employees, and extending offers, as well as organizing various onboarding and orientation programs. The Legal Recruiting Manager will also oversee the firm’s professional development initiatives, assist with the performance evaluation process, and manage related budgets and expenses.

Required Skills:

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree and at least six years of attorney recruiting experience. The person selected for this opportunity will demonstrate highly effective time management, communication, and leadership skills, as well as a creative and strategic approach to recruiting. This individual must also be driven, motivated, and flexible to changing demands.

Annual Salary (US$): 141K-150K /annual
