Position Description:

An exceptional law firm seeks a Director of Professional Development to oversee training and development initiatives across all of the firm’s international locations. This role will involve leading all onboarding and integration efforts, coordinating the performance review process, and ensuring the success of the mentorship and career counseling programs. The Director will be responsible for planning attorney retreats, advising on compensation levels, and managing procedures related to attorney departures. This individual will also meet regularly with Partners and Associates to gather feedback, provide coaching, and discuss ways to enhance attorney morale and satisfaction.

Required Skills:

The firm seeks an outgoing, self-starter with a Bachelor’s Degree and six or more years of professional development experience. This individual must have highly effective communication, organizational, and project management skills, as well as the ability to exercise solid judgment and make recommendations to enhance processes. In addition, he or she must be able to lead by example and collaborate effectively with others. Lastly, the Director should be flexible to work overtime or travel to other offices to meet the demands of the role.

Annual Salary (US$): 181K-190K /annual
