Position Description:
A prominent law firm is seeking an eDiscover Project Coordinator to support attorneys through the entire eDiscovery lifecycle. This role will involve determining project plans, setting strategies for data collection and processing, and consulting with case participants on technical and logistics matters as related to eDiscovery. The Coordinator will be responsible for recommend workflows, estimates, and process improvements, ensuring adherence to the firm’s protocols, and developing production specifications for vendors. This individual will also be tasked with delegating tasks to other team members, providing training to new hires, and contributing to the bid process, error resolution, pricing, and invoice process for vendors.
Position Requirements:
This position requires at least four years of litigation support experience, advaned technical skills, and proficiency with Ringtail, Concordance, CaseMap, and other related technology; a bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required. This person must be able to apply a strong service orientation, effective communication skills, and keen leadership abilities. The Coordinator should be adaptable to changing demands and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
