Position Description:
An established law firm is seeking a Trademark Paralegal to assist attorneys and staff in the delivery of quality legal services to clients in an efficient manner. This person will be responsible for the preparation of domestic trademark applications, renewals, extensions of time, and affidavits of use for clients, and will assist with the prosecution and maintenance of domestic foreign trademark applications and registrations. The Trademark Paralegal will also be tasked with the creation and maintenance of trademark databases and extranet sites, as well as the preparation of documentation for U.S. office action responses.
Required Skills:
The firm requests a candidate with a minimum of five years of experience as a Trademark Paralegal. The ideal candidate will have thorough knowledge of trademark docketing procedures, the ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete them under time constraints, and the ability to proofread material for contextual, grammatical, typographical, or spelling errors. The firm also seeks a candidate with excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
Annual Salary (US$): 80-120K /annual
