Position Description:
A multi-office law firm seeks a Recruiting Coordinator to join the New York location. The person in this role will be responsible for overseeing attorney recruiting efforts, including coordinating callback interviews, distributing offer letters, and assisting with onboarding procedures. The Coordinator will be expected to maintain the recruiting database, represent the firm at OCI events, and contribute to the planning and execution of the Summer Associate Program by reviewing work assignments, evaluations, and candidate feedback.
Required Skills:
The firm seeks a candidate with a bachelor’s degree and at least two years of legal recruiting and/or HR experience. This person must have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, the ability to maintain strict confidentiality, and strong organizational and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and an exceptional client service approach. The Coordinator is required to perform well in a fast-paced environment, juggle multiple assignments, and work responsibly under pressure.
Annual Salary (US$): 80-85K /annual
