Position Description:
A global law firm seeks an exceptional Administrative Assistant to provide a high level of support to the Senior Managing Director of Administration. This person will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of calendar management, coordinating events and meetings, and organizing materials for upcoming engagements. This position will involve organizing domestic and international travel arrangements, screening incoming calls and emails, and generating Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations. This individual will have the opportunity to contribute to high-level confidential projects and serve as a liaison to other leaders within the firm.
Required Skills:
The firm seeks a qualified professional with at least three years of experience in executive-level administrative support. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal communication skills, great follow-through and attention to detail, experience with discretion, and proven success in a fast-paced environment. In addition, the person in this role must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and iManage.
Annual Salary (US$): 80-100K /annual
