Position Description:
A leading law firm seeks a Director of Business Development to support attorneys in the Litigation Practice. The person in this role will be tasked with devising strategic client development plans, targeting new client bases, and tracking the ROI of marketing investments. He or she will manage the collection of competitive intelligence, the generation of distinctive RFPs, and the organization of events or sponsorships. The Director will also be responsible for tracking significant transactions, spearheading the rankings submission process, and updating marketing collateral.
Required Skills:
The firm seeks a Business Development professional with a Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years of related experience, including previous exposure to a Litigation Practice; a JD is strongly preferred. The person selected for this role will demonstrate effective leadership and communication skills, an innovative approach to marketing, and the ability to work collaboratively with others. The Director must be able to travel or work overtime as required to meet the demands of the position.
Annual Salary (US$): 250-300K /annual
