Position Description:

An established law firm seeks an Arbitration Paralegal to work closely with attorneys in the New York office. Key responsibilities will include maintaining an active caseload as well as organizing case files, performing administrative duties, and attending hearings. Moreover, the person in this role will be responsible for assisting with general aspects of document productions, conducting research on existing and prospective clients, and preparing materials for upcoming arbitrations.

Required Skills:

The firm requests a candidate with at least 3-5 years of experience as a paralegal, a bachelor’s degree, and familiarity with Westlaw, LexisNexis, and other research databases. The ideal candidate is proficient on Microsoft Office, enjoys being a team player, exhibits a positive and helpful attitude, and can maintain composure under pressure. The Arbitration Paralegal must also be flexible for overtime as needed to meet the demands of the role.

Annual Salary (US$): 75,000-90,000 /annual
Required Education: Bachelors
