Position Description:

A premier law firm seeks a Business Analyst to play an analytical role within the Diversity & Inclusion Department. This individual will contribute to the analysis, monitoring, and reporting of the firm’s progress against its D&I goals. The Business Analyst will support the firm’s response to client diversity related requests, including surveys, RFPs/RFIs, and other client related analyses. This position will also be responsible for supporting strategic analyses to enhance the firm’s D&I approaches and key initiatives as well as client/external collaborations in D&I. 

Required Skills:

This position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Management, or Business Administration. The firm seeks a self-confident, ambitious professional who is comfortable liaising with partners, delivering presentations to executive leadership, and running confidential meetings. Strong written and oral communication skills as well as the ability to think strategically are also required.
