A leading global law firm seeks an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to support attorneys within the collaborative practice. The firm seeks a candidate who can successfully review and file UCC financing statements, mortgages, and deeds, in addition to analyzing title commitments, zoning reports, and other real estate documents. The Paralegal will be responsible for contributing to all facets of closing and post-closing activities, including overseeing contracts, preparing binders, and ordering due diligence reports. This individual will also be tasked with organizing and maintaining corporate organizational and authority documents.
The firm seeks a qualified Real Estate Paralegal with at least five years of experience in addition to a bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate. The qualified applicant will be well-versed in corporate closing procedures, with proficiency reviewing title commitments and surveys. He or she should also demonstrate excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills.
Annual Salary (US$): 90,000-130,000 /annual
