Position Description:

A distinguished law firm seeks a Marketing & Business Development Manager to advance client development for the firm’s Transactional Practices. The person in this role will work with individual attorneys to create and execute strategic and tactical marketing activities. This position will involve identifying opportunities for participation in events and trade conferences, drafting pitches and RFPs, and recommending cross-selling when applicable. The Marketing & BD Manager will also track the ROI of various endeavors, conduct research and competitive intelligence, and monitor departmental budgets. In addition, he or she will mentor, train, and manage at least one other professional within the department.

Required Skills:

The firm seeks a qualified professional with a Bachelor’s Degree and at least six years of experience in a marketing or business development role. The ideal candidate will have familiarity with transactional matters as well as legal marketing best practices. The successful candidate will also have highly effective communication, networking, and relationship management skills. This exciting role requires someone who is action-oriented and can excel in a fast-paced setting.

Annual Salary (US$): 181K-190K /annual
