Position Description:

An established venture capital fund and family office enterprise seeks a Senior Operations Manager to oversee the planning and execution of initiatives and projects. This position will involve managing relationships with vendors, working with the finance team to track budgets and expenses, and identifying ways to enhance operations while reducing costs. The Senior Operations Manager will be tasked with ensuring that all projects align with the organization’s goals and policies, designing and implementing trainings to support business protocols, and analyzing the professional knowledge management needs of the corporate team. The person in this role will also be responsible for coordinating events, working with HR on talent acquisition efforts, and partnering with the IT team to build internal systems and tools.

Required Skills:

The firm seeks a project management professional with at least six years of experience within a law firm or professional services setting; a bachelor’s degree is required, and an MBA, JD, or CPA designation is preferred. This individual will be able to demonstrate a strong sense of initiative, high attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The Senior Operations Manager should also be a tech-savvy, problem-solver who can work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
