Position Description:

A prestigious law firm is seeking a Financial and HRIS System Administrator to be responsible for supporting and managing business applications for the Finance and HR Departments; this position can be based in NY or CT. The Administrator will be responsible for maintaining system integrity, implementing changes as necessary, and providing training and user-support on the systems. The firm expects this person to develop and maintain user procedure documentation and troubleshoot system issues as necessary, including escalating problems appropriately. This role will also involve contributing to systems upgrades and performing data entry.

Required Skills:

The firm requests a candidate with a bachelor’s degree and least five years of experience in a financial or HRIS system support role within a law firm or professional services setting. The Administrator should be knowledgeable of best practices, adaptable to changing demands, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This person should also have effective communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

Annual Salary (US$): 100,000-125,000 /annual
