Position Description:

A terrific law firm is seeking a Senior Manager of Human Resources to play a strategic role regarding HR planning as well as overseeing day-to-day HR operations. The Sr. Manager will be responsible for being the local point of contact for HR related questions or concerns within the Boston office as well as developing and executing firm-wide HR programs and initiatives. This person will advise other departmental leaders on HR best practices, direct performance management processes, and ensure the resolution of any employee relations matters. The Senior HR Manager will also contribute to talent acquisition, compensation determinations, and succession planning.

Required Skills:

The firm required a candidate with a bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including 5+ years in a management capacity. This person will need to have strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment law, the ability to guide firm leadership, and prior success coaching managers and professionals at different levels of experience. It is vital that the candidate has a positive track record of partnering with functional HR specialty areas, including compensation, benefits, employee relations, talent acquisition, and learning and development.

Annual Salary (US$): 160,000-200,000 /annual
