Position Description:

An industry-leading law firm seeks a Corporate Legal Assistant Manager to support the Senior Manager in the supervision, evaluation, and training of over 60 Legal Assistants. The Manager will play a hands-on role in the recruitment, development, and integration of Legal Assistants, as well as delegating assignments, monitoring workflow, and identifying ways to enhance efficiency. This person will also assist with ongoing professional development and employee engagement initiatives, in addition to updating training materials and other documentation.

Required Skills:

The qualified candidate will have a 6+ years of experience in a legal staff management capacity as well as highly effective communication, leadership, and personnel management skills. This person must be able to work collaboratively with lawyers and staff, demonstrating a positive and proactive attitude as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting. The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage a varied workload to meet the needs and deadlines of multiple constituencies.

Annual Salary (US$): 140,000-160,000 /annual
