Position Description:

A top tier law firm is seeking a Staff Recruiter to assist with sourcing, screening, and hiring business services professionals for the firm's New York office.  The Staff Recruiter will be responsible for supporting talent management objectives to drive engagement and client service excellence. This person will also be expected to conduct phone interviews with applicants to better assess qualifications and make recommendations to Hiring Managers. This individual will also coordinate interview schedules with candidates, prepare offer letters, and facilitate pre-hire due diligence, in addition to continually researching relevant recruiting and market data.

Required Skills:

The firm seeks a professional with bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of multi-sourcing, full-cycle recruiting experience. The ideal candidate has advanced-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and viRecruit or a comparable Applicant Tracking System software. The Recruiter must also be a team player with excellent knowledge of HR principles and practices related to sourcing and recruiting candidates.

Annual Salary (US$): 65,000-75,000 /annual
