Position Description:

An established law firm seeks two Administrative Assistants to provide document production and administrative support to various Associates and Partners at their Washington, DC office location. This person will be expected to prepare and revise legal documents, maintain Outlook contacts and calendars, and serve as a trusted and confidential gatekeeper. The Administrative Assistants will be responsible for scheduling Microsoft Teams conference calls, coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements, and processing timesheets and expense reports.

Required Skills:

These positions require at least five years of administrative support experience as well as proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and PowerPoint. These individuals should have effective written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a timely fashion. The ideal candidates would also have strong problem-solving abilities and flexibility to accommodate the changing needs of the firm.

Annual Salary (US$): 75,000-90,000 /annual
