Position Description:

A prestigious law firm seeks a Legal Administrative Assistant to provide a broad range of secretarial and administrative support to attorneys within the Trust & Estaets Practice. This person will be responsible for drafting correspondence, preparing trust and estate documents, collecting client data, and preparing charts, graphs, and other visuals. The Legal Administrative Assistant will also be tasked with maintaining and updating attorney mailing lists for clients and ensuring the confidentiality of client and firm matters.

Required Skills:

This position requires four or more years of legal industry experience, preferably within a midsized or large law firm’s T&E practice group. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint 2010. The Executive Assistant must be detail-oriented and have excellent interpersonal skills, communication, and organizational skills.

Annual Salary (US$): 80,000-100,000 /annual
