An exceptional law firm seeks a CRM Systems Manager to play a critical role in the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of the Firm’s CRM and Marketing Automation platforms. The CRM Systems Manager will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the firm’s Salesforce platform, including updates, training, ad hoc reporting, bulk uploads, and data integrations, in addition to ensuring compliance with privacy and anti-spam laws and regulations. This person will also be expected to allocate resources, assign work, and oversee the completion of assignments by the CRM team. The CRM Systems Manager will also be tasked with overseeing all aspects of user management, including onboarding/offboarding, roles, profiles, permissions, and public groups.
This role requires 6+ years of CRM experience, proficiency with Salesforce/Pardot, and prior experience in a leadership capacity; a bachelor’s degree and/or professional certifications is preferred. The ideal candidate can quickly learn and master new technologies and has excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication skills. This person should also be detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills and excellent project management and critical thinking abilities.
Annual Salary (US$): 85,000-110,000 /annual
