Position Description:

The talent acquisition team of a New York law firm seeks an Attorney Recruiting Coordinator to support entry-level and lateral hiring within the New York office. The person in this role will be responsible for coordinating callback interviews, distributing offer letters, and assisting with onboarding procedures for new hires. The Attorney Recruiting Coordinator will be expected to maintain the recruiting database, track budgets, and monitor attendance at various events, training programs, and seminars. This individual will also contribute to the planning and execution of the Summer Associate Program by planning and attending events, reviewing work assignments and evaluations, and collecting feedback.

Required Skills:

The firm seeks a candidate with a bachelor’s degree and at least one year of legal recruiting experience. This person must have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality, as well as strong organizational and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and an exceptional client service approach. The Attorney Recruiting Coordinator is required to perform well in a fast-paced environment, juggle multiple assignments, and work responsibly under pressure.

Annual Salary (US$): 70,000-85,000 /annual
