Position Description:

A top tier law firm seeks a Legal Recruiting Coordinator to join their professional team in New York. The Legal Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for liaising with law schools on all aspects of law student recruitment, including registration for on-campus interviews and job fairs as well as the coordination of event logistics. This role will involve scheduling applicants for callback interviews, providing office tours, and responding to general inquiries regarding the interview process. This person is also expected to assist in planning the summer associate program, attending specific summer events, tracking summer associate evaluations, and preparing law school surveys and feedback forms.

Required Skills:

This position requires a candidate with Bachelor’s degree two of more years of legal recruiting experience. This person must be a self-motivated, proactive, and reliable team player, with flexibility to work overtime as needed. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact effectively with attorneys and staff. The firm seeks an individual who can prioritize and multi-task in a time-sensitive environment while maintaining the highest standards of work quality.

Annual Salary (US$): 60,000-80,000 /annual
