A progressive law firm seeks a Senior Compensation Analyst for the New York office. This analytical position will involve contributing to the analysis and budgeting process for professional staff and attorneys, including conducting salary surveys and FLSA reviews. This person will be responsible for supporting the administration of compensation processes, including merit increases and bonus determinations, benchmarking, budget modeling, and expense tracking. The Senior Compensation Analyst will support HRIS operations, create training documentation, and participate in other HR projects as necessary.
This position requires a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of related experience. The candidate should have experience working with an HRIS system, preferably Workday, as well as proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and advanced expertise with Excel. This individual will demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Annual Salary (US$): 131K-140K /annual
