The New York office of an innovative law firm seeks a Legal Recruitment Manager to oversee lateral and entry-level attorney hiring efforts. The person in this role will be responsible for managing on-campus interview processes, organizing call-back interviews, and planning summer associate events. The Manager will report to the Director of Legal Recruiting and Professional Development and contribute to the development and short-term and long-term hiring strategies to support the firm’s continued growth. This individual will also communicate the firm’s needs to search firms and oversee associate hiring from sourcing to onboarding.
The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of attorney recruitment experience. The qualified individual will possess strong attention to detail, exceptional planning and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously and effectively. Excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to interact responsibly with candidates and all levels of firm personnel are necessary, as this is a client-interfacing role.
