A forward-thinking law firm is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to support the day-to-day operations of the Washington, DC location. This hands-on, leadership role will involve oversight of all installations, repairs, staff, vendors, and other functions related to the firm’s equipment, office space, and infrastructure. This person will be responsible for tracking and ordering office supplies, negotiating contracts for services, and coordinating with vendors, in addition to directing furniture moves, office relocations, and general maintenance. The Facilities Supervisor will also be tasked with coordinating large-scale paper shredding and recycling programs and ensuring the office remains in compliance with all healthy, safety and green standards.
The qualified Facilities Supervisor will have at least five years of experience working in a professional services setting with expertise in supply auditing and ordering. This individual will demonstrate strong communication and project management skills, with an eye for detail and a proactive work ethic. He or she must be proficient with Microsoft Office Programs as well as facilities management applications.
Annual Salary (US$): 80K-85K /annual
