Position Description:
A multinational law firm is seeking a Senior Paralegal Specialist to join their DC office as a Senior Paralegal. This hybrid role will involve providing support to assigned attorneys and cases within the Labor & Employment Practices. The Paralegal is expected to perform all responsibilities with a commitment to providing expert service to the firm’s clients and attorneys. This person will be responsible for maintaining and arranging binders of case documents, exhibits, and research as well as providing support from case inception to finish. They will also be tasked with participating in the due diligence process, interacting with court reporters and filing services, and drafting, editing, and cite checking legal documents and briefs.
Required Skills:
The firm requests a candidate with a four-year college degree and a minimum of five years of general litigation experience. The ideal applicant will have a working knowledge of MS Office, strong research skills, great written and spoken communication abilities, and a demonstrated attention to detail. They must also be able to multi-task, follow instructions carefully, and work independently as well as with a team.
Annual Salary (US$): 90,000-120,000 /annual
