Position Description:
An international law firm is seeking a results-oriented individual to spearhead business development for their Litigation and Investigations practices. The position will report to the Assistant Director. A significant component of this role will be strategizing and implementing plans and campaigns for groups within the practice. The position will be tasked with generating new business leads as well as identifying cross-selling opportunities. The Business Development Manager will hold responsibility for creating pitches and proposals, overseeing event planning, handling content management, training BD Specialists, tracking client development activities, and more.
Required Skills:
The ideal candidate will have proven consistency and follow-through, demonstrated leadership qualities, and the ability to juggle simultaneous projects. A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is required, and an MBA or JD is considered a plus. Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is required, and five or more years of legal marketing experience is hugely desired.
Annual Salary (US$): 150,000-180,000 /annual
