Position Description:
A powerhouse firm is seeking an IT Support Specialist for their New York office during the hours of 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. This role will involve providing technical support to attorneys and staff as needed. Some responsibilities of the job include configuring electronic devices, setting up conference rooms, utilizing the firm’s service ticketing system in a timely manner, and assisting with larger projects, testing, and improvements. The IT Support Specialist must also be able to remotely assist personnel who are not on-site. The perfect candidate will be flexible and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. The firm expects their IT Support Specialist to multi-task, follow through, and pay attention to detail.
Required Skills:
This position requires two or more years of relevant experience and a strong proficiency in MS Office, Windows, and iOS. Familiarity with ServiceNow, ChangePro, NetDocuments, Teams, Zoom, and/or Crestron is a plus. The firm seeks a candidate with spectacular interpersonal skills to assist with day-to-day needs while handling other duties as required.
Annual Salary (US$): 70,000-85,000 /annual
