Position Description:
A well-established law firm seeks a Word Processing Specialist to work from the firm’s Newark, New Jersey or New York City office. This in-person role will involve handling a high volume of document production projects using applications and tools such as Microsoft Office, Best Authority, Office 365, and Nuance PDF Converter. This individual will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, monitoring incoming project requests, and completing assignments in a timely, accurate, and thorough manner. The WP Specialist will also be tasked with tracking work in progress, providing updates to attorneys and staff, and monitoring upcoming deadlines.
Required Skills:
The firm is seeking a qualified candidate with a minimum of five years of related experience. This individual should have demonstrated proficiency in document production, strong communication skills, and flexibility to adapt to changing demands. Speed and accuracy are of utmost importance, including the ability to type over 75 words per minute with few errors. The person in this role must possess advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and other software applications.
Annual Salary (US$): 90,000-95,000 /annual
