Position Description:
The talent acquisition team of a terrific law firm seeks a Legal Recruiting Assistant to support attorney hiring efforts within the New York office. The person in this role will be responsible for scheduling interviews, distributing offer letters, and assisting with onboarding procedures for new hires. The Talent Assistant will be expected to maintain the recruiting database, track budgets, and prepare materials for upcoming interviews and recruiting events. This individual will also contribute to the planning and execution of professional development programs as well as Diversity & Inclusion initiatives.
Required Skills:
The firm seeks a candidate with a bachelor’s degree and at least six months of recruiting experience. This person must have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality, as well as effective organizational and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and an exceptional client service approach. The Talent Assistant is required to perform well in a fast-paced environment, juggle multiple assignments, and work responsibly under pressure.
Annual Salary (US$): 65,000-75,000 /annual
