Position Description:
A premier law firm seeks a Client Accounts Coordinator to join their accomplished team of billing professionals. The position will work closely with assigned attorneys to produce client invoices in accordance with client guidelines and firm policies. The role involves preparing draft bills, submitting finalized invoices, and advising partners on existing fee arrangements, as well as tracking bills submitted both physically and electronically. The Client Accounts Coordinator will perform bill audits, review pre-bill for accuracy, and follow-up with attorneys and/or clients when necessary.

Required Skills:
The firm is looking for a candidate with a bachelor’s degree and five or more years of experience as a Billing Coordinator within a legal setting. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work successfully with little supervision and prioritize responsibly. The qualified applicant will also be a detail-oriented, team player with proficiency in Aderant, Excel, and electronic billing platforms.

Annual Salary (US$): 75,000-95,000 /annual
Required Education: Bachelors
