Position Description:
An excellent law firm is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support all facets of human resources for attorneys and staff. The HR Coordinator will be responsible for serving as a point of contact for the resolution of employee relation matters, providing guidance on the firm’s policies and procedures, and contributing to recruiting, onboarding, and integration efforts for new hires. This person will assist with answering benefits-related inquiries, conducting performance reviews, and handling promotion and termination processes as necessary. This role will also involve preparing and maintaining personnel files and completing HR administrative functions as needed.
Required Skills:
The firm seeks a candidate that has a bachelor's degree and at least three years of related HR experience. It is important that the HR Coordinator has excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, as well as a proactive work ethic. The ideal candidate makes sound decisions and contributes to the professional development and wellness of other employees. The HR Coordinate should also be able to anticipate potential problems and treat people with respect and in a fair and consistent way.
Annual Salary (US$): 80,000-95,000 /annual
