Position Description:
A highly reputable law firm is seeking a Director of Legal Recruiting to spearhead entry-level and lateral attorney hiring efforts for the New York office, including leading the Summer Associate Program. The Director will facilitate all interview processes, oversee the onboarding and orientation of all new attorney hires, and develop fruitful partnerships with search firms and law school recruiting contacts. This person will be tasked with managing and mentoring junior team members, reviewing recruitment statistics, and identifying ways to enhance systems and processes, in addition to promoting the diversity, equity, and inclusion objectives of the firm.

Required Skills:
The qualified candidate will have a minimum of ten years of related legal recruiting experience and the ability to build strong rapport and relationships across the firm. The firm seeks a self-starter with strong project management, leadership, and communication skills, as well as a keen attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be eager for responsibility with the ability to maintain discretion in all appropriate situations.

Annual Salary (US$): 250,000-300,000 /annual
