Position Description:
A large New York law firm is seeking a Senior Conflicts Analyst to support the firm’s systems and procedures for conflicts of interest. The Senior Conflicts Analyst will administer the firm’s conflicts clearance process, including reviewing requests for conflicts searches, generating search queries, and creating precise reports based on prior and present party relationships. Along with maintaining the conflicts database, the candidate will also conduct research and assist in the preparation of waivers, ethical walls, and other screens.
Required Skills:
The Senior Conflicts Analyst must be deadline-oriented with effective communication and project management skills. This position requires a bachelor’s degree and two or more years of experience in risk management and legal conflicts. The qualified candidate will possess superior research and writing skills along with a strong attention to detail. Additionally, the candidate must have a desire to work in a flexible environment and be able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Annual Salary (US$): 80,000-100,000 /annual
