Position Description:
An outstanding law firm seeks a Litigation Paralegal Manager to supervise and mentor a team of 5+ Litigation Paralegals in addition to working as a Trial Paralegal. This role will involve working with Partners to establish departmental strategies, policies, and procedures, as well as developing long-term objectives and initiatives. The Paralegal Manager will be responsible for identifying staffing needs, allocating work assignments, and ensuring the efficient utilization of resources. This individual will also support attorneys with all facets of trial preparation, including providing direct support during trials.
Required Skills:
This role requires a bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certification as well as 10+ years of law firm experience. This individual will demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills, as well as the ability to excel in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. The Paralegal Manager must be able to lead by example and serve as a trusted resource to partners and firm leadership. This individual must also be flexible to work overtime and travel as needed to meet the demands of the role.
Annual Salary (US$): 180,000-200,000 /annual
