Position Description:

An exceptional law firm seeks a Diversity & Inclusion Client Relations Manager to strengthen and expand kay client relationships through Diversity & Inclusion initiatives. This person will be responsible for planning and executing measurable projects, events, and campaigns to connect with clients on D&I topics, in addition to reviewing D&I goals in client plans and finding ways to leverage ideas across clients, offices, and industries. The D&I Client Relations Manager will also prepare compelling D&I content for client-specific pitch materials and track client engagement on D&I to alert attorneys of strategic opportunities to strengthen relationships with clients.

Required Skills:

This position requires a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field and excellent interpersonal and communications skills. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership and project management abilities, as well as a creative, proactive, and detail-oriented approach. The candidate will be required to work well under tight deadlines while managing concurrent projects. This person should also have a minimum of five years of experience in client relations.

Annual Salary (US$): 110,000-130,000 /annual
