Position Description:

A law firm in New Jersey seeks a Trainer and Help Desk Analyst to provide technical training and support to attorneys and staff. This role will involve conducting new hire orientation, providing training on a variety of applications, and following up with staff to make sure that they are acclimating to the firm’s systems. The Trainer will be responsible for conducting ongoing instruction in classroom and virtual settings, creating reference guides and training materials, and implementing best practices with regarding to IT training. In addition, this person will be tasked with troubleshooting technical issues, installing or reconfiguring hardware and software systems, and researching new applications to enhance existing services.

Required Skills:

This role requires 4+ years of training and help desk experience, with a preference for candidates with prior experience in a legal setting. The qualified applicant will have strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills, as well as a patient and empathetic demeanor. The Trainer should also have advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.

Annual Salary (US$): 100,000-120,000 /annual
