A terrific law firm is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support all facets of human resources for the New Jersey office. The HR Coordinator will be responsible for serving as a point of contact for the resolution of employee relation matters and providing guidance on problem resolution in accordance with the firm’s policies and procedures. This person will assist new and current employees with benefits related inquiries, including open enrollment, leaves of absence, and status changes, in addition to support onboarding, integration, and training initiatives. This role will also participate in exit interviews, performance reviews, and other personnel matters.
The firm seeks a candidate that has a bachelor's degree and familiarity with HR best practices and federal regulations. It is important that the HR Coordinator positively impacts those around them, makes sound decisions, and contributes to the professional development and wellness of other employees. The ideal candidate will be able to anticipate potential problems, identify a range of possible solutions, and treat people with respect and in a fair and consistent way. This person should also have strong communication, organizational, and project management skills, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Annual Salary (US$): 65,000-75,000 /annual
