Position Description:

A highly ranked law firm seeks a Human Resources Generalist to play a leadership role regarding employee relations, performance management, recruiting and onboarding, compensation, and benefits. This role will involve implementing best practices, advising on policies and employee relations matters, and ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. The HR Generalist will also conduct interviews with potential candidates, enroll new hires in benefits, and support employees with leaves of absence procedures.

Required Skills:

To qualify for this role, a candidate must have a bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of HR experience. The firm seeks a dedicated and organized professional with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality and develop relationships across the firm. The HR Generalist must also be knowledgeable of HR best practices and adaptable to changing demands.

Annual Salary (US$): 85,000-110,000 /annual
Required Education: Bachelors
