Position Description:
A leading law firm seeks a Business Development Specialist to support the firm’s Labor & Employment practice. This attorney-facing role will involve supporting client engagement initiatives, identifying cross-selling and profile-raising opportunities, and executing strategic business plans. The BD Specialist will be responsible for preparing pitches and RFP responses, generating directory submissions, and maintaining practice group experience lists. This person will also support departmental projects such as planning events and updating content on the website.
Required Skills:
The firm seeks a legal marketing professional with at least three years of related experience and a bachelor’s degree. The qualified applicant will have a proactive approach, the ability to work closely with attorneys, and excellent communication, analytical thinking, and project management skills. This person should also have the ability to implement new processes, lead initiatives within a fast-paced setting, and apply a detail-oriented approach.
Annual Salary (US$): 100,000-130,000 /annual
