Position Description:
A New York-based law firm seeks an Information Governance Records Analyst to support the Director with tracking and maintaining the firm’s confidential documents. This position will involve imaging records into the firm’s document management system, creating new files, and conducting information searches in the system as requested by attorneys or staff. The Analyst will be also responsible for assisting with matter mobility projects, generating reports, and auditing files as needed.
Required Skills:
The firm is seeking a legal support professional with at least two years of related experience and proficiency in LegalKEY or a similar record management system. This person must be a team player who can apply strong client service, organizational, and analytical thinking skills. The Analyst should also demonstrate a proactive approach and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Annual Salary (US$): 55,000-65,000 /annual
