Position Description:
A corporation in Stamford, CT seeks a Trademark Paralegal to join the legal department. This position will involve conducting searches on existing trademarks, analyzing search results, and presenting analyses to attorneys. This person will be responsible for monitoring trademark filing deadlines, preparing electronic filings, coordinating the signing and legalization of documents. In addition, the Trademark Paralegal will communicate with foreign counsel regarding foreign applications and assist attorneys with anti-counterfeiting matters, including online brand protections.
Required Skills:
This role requires 3+ years of related experience and the ability to work in Stamford on a hybrid basis. This individual should be familiar with trademark clearance, prosecution, and docketing activities, as well as proficient with PATTSY and Saegis. The team seeks a detail-oriented professional who can communicate well with others and multi-task effectively.
Annual Salary (US$): 85,000-110,000 /annual
