Position Description:
A leading litigation firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join the Corporate Governance Practice. This position will involve supporting attorneys with all facets of case management, including performing legal research, preparing and finalizing legal documents, and cite checking briefs, complaints, and other materials. The Paralegal will be responsible for conducting electronic filings, preparing for trials and depositions, and coordinating related services with vendors. Additionally, this role will be tasked with tracking upcoming deadlines, maintaining reference files, and attending meetings and professional development programs.
Required Skills:
The firm seeks an individual with a bachelor’s degree and at least four years of related paralegal experience. This person should be well-versed in trial preparation, cite checking, and e-filing with the courts. In addition, this role requires strong research, analytical thinking, and proofreading skills, as well as the ability to interact professionally with attorneys, colleagues, and clients in a fast-paced setting.
Annual Salary (US$): 90,000-120,000 /annual
