Position Description:
This ideal candidate will have at least six years of experience in attorney development or legal talent management, as well as highly effective communication, leadership, and critical thinking skills; a Bachelor’s Degree is required and a JD is strongly preferred. This person should have the ability to build strong rapport across the firm, provide career guidance and coaching to attorneys, and manage multiple projects in a service-oriented setting. This role also requires having sound judgment, discretion, and professionalism, as well as the ability to adapt to changing demands.

Required Skills:
The Director of Attorney Advancement will be responsible for supporting attorney onboarding integration, providing career guidance to attorneys, and conducting regular and informal check-ins, as well as managing the firm’s internal job board. This position will involve overseeing associate workflow, coordinating affinity group programming, and supporting the associate mentoring program. Additionally, the Director will be tasked with building on the firm’s core competencies framework, developing skill development programming, and conducting exit interviews.

Annual Salary (US$): 225,000-275,000 /annual
