Position Description:
A superb law firm seeks a Director of Marketing & Business Development to work closely with Partners and leadership to advance the firm’s business development and marketing initiatives. This person will advise attorneys on cross-selling initiatives, business development planning, and strategic media outreach, in addition to creating PowerPoint presentations and pitch materials for client meetings. The Director will be responsible for running the firm’s online presence, generating client email blasts, drafting attorney bios, and composing content for newsletters. The Director will also be tasked with overseeing the firm’s award submissions process, planning a variety of events, and identifying ways to enhance best practices.
Position Requirements:
The firm seeks a legal marketing professional with at least six years of related experience. The individual selected for this position will demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to establish positive rapport with internal or external parties, and a proactive work ethic. This person should also be well-versed in public relations best practices and adaptable to changing demands.
