Position Description:
A New York-based law firm is seeking a Pro Bono Coordinator to support the operational and administrative needs of the firm-wide Pro Bono Practice. This role will involve working with the attorneys on the management of pro bono matters and serving as a source of information on related policies and procedures. The Pro Bono Coordinator will also be involved in data management, including updating internal databases, maintaining information related to attorney interests, and generating reports for the practice. The position will involve consistent communication with clients and handling translations to and from Spanish when necessary.
Required Skills:
The firm requires that all applicants have a bachelor’s degree, a minimum of one year of experience in a law firm or legal services organization, and fluency in Spanish. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability to work independently, as well as an interest in pro bono work. This individual will also have excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills, as well as the ability to act professionally in all firm-related interactions.
Annual Salary (US$): 80,000-100,000 /annual
