Position Description:
A dedicated law firm seeks a Business Development Manager to lead marketing efforts for the Financial Institutions Group. In collaboration with practice leaders and attorneys, the Manager will contribute to the determination of strategic client development initiatives. This individual will be responsible for identifying business growth opportunities, overseeing RFP and pitch processes, and spearheading fruitful research projects. This person will also be responsible for ensuring all marketing materials are updated accurately, creating submissions for rankings publications, and planning client events.
Position Requirements:
The successful applicant will have a Bachelor’s Degree and at least five years of business development experience in a legal setting. This individual will demonstrate highly effective communication skills, a collaborative approach to business development, and the ability to lead by example. This person must also be flexible to travel to other offices and work overtime to overcome the challenges of the position.
