Position Description:
A leading law firm seeks a Senior BD Manager to support attorneys in the Capital Markets, Private Equity, and M&A Practices. The person in this role will be tasked with devising strategic client development plans, targeting new client bases, and tracking the ROI of marketing investments. This person will manage the collection of competitive intelligence, the generation of distinctive RFPs, and the organization of events or sponsorships. The Senior Manager will also be responsible for tracking significant transactions, spearheading the rankings submission process, and updating marketing collateral, as well as supervising and mentoring a team of professionals.
Required Skills:
The firm seeks a Business Development professional with a Bachelor’s Degree and 8+ years of related experience, including previous exposure to transactional practices. The person selected for this role will demonstrate effective leadership and communication skills, an innovative approach to marketing, and the ability to work collaboratively with others. The Senior Manager must be able to travel or work overtime as required to meet the demands of the position.
Annual Salary (US$): 180,000-240,000 /annual
